Comfort preference. Snoozer does not make any guarantees on the feel preference of any mattress. Any comfort level description of any mattress is solely provided as a guideline and Snoozer Bedding Ltd. does not guarantee the firmness or softness quality of any mattress.

What is covered by Snoozer 1 Year Full Guarantee?

For the first year from the date of delivery, Snoozer will at its option, repair / replace a Snoozer mattress / box spring bed due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge).If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Snoozer reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from Snoozer Bedding Ltd. authorized dealers.

What is not covered by the Snoozer Guarantee?

  • Normal Body Impressions of 38 mm (1.5 inch) or less.  (Note: Body impressions are a normal phenomenon of premium bedding worldwide and indicate that upholstery comfort layers are conforming to the shape & weight of your body. Impressions of 38 mm (1.5 inch) or less on the mattress in all sleeping areas are quite possible and not considered a manufacturing defect or sagging.)
  • Mattress, box spring or fabric that is soiled, burnt or has received obvious abuse or improper care (please refer to the care instruction), such as mattress with inadequate support from a weak, mismatching size box spring or an improper bed frame, namely nest type and wooden rail type/slat type. Please use a board on the slatted base for continuous support.
  • Your new mattress might feel slightly firmer than the used floor model you experienced at the dealer. This is normal. After a few weeks of use, your mattress will feel softer as the upholstery layers settle down.
  • Please do not let your children use the Mattress as a trampoline and jump on it. The springs & the mattress will be damaged.
  • Mattress size that is within the ordered size of +/-l ” in width and length.
  • Mattress firmness/height/weight issues after delivery.
  • Bending, standing or jumping on the mattress.
  • Normal changes take place in softness over time as a part of normal wear & tear. This does not affect the pressure relieving qualities of the Mattress.

What is covered by Snoozer 15 years limited warranty?

Snoozer Mattress carry a 15 year limited warranty.

For the first 1 years upon the date of delivery, Snoozer will at its option, replace or repair a Snoozer Mattress due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge).

After the first 1 years upon the date of delivery, cost of any replacement or repair of Snoozer Mattress will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/15th of the prevailing list price, plus transportation charge.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Snoozer reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.

NOTE:
This warranty is extended ONLY to the original purchaser and his/her delivery address. We will honour ONLY ONE delivery address.
This warranty is ONLY valid with the original purchaser from Snoozer Bedding Limited, Website, Snoozer Gallery, Snoozer Studio, Authorised Dealers or selected concessionaires.
In the event of a change of address, in order to continue to enjoy Snoozer warranty coverage, the original purchaser MUST update his/her new address with Snoozer via phone, email.

What is covered by Snoozer 30 years limited warranty?

Snoozer Box Spring Beds & Platform Beds carry a 30-years limited warranty.

For the first 1 years upon the date of delivery, any replacement or repair of Snoozer Box Spring Beds & Platform, will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/30th of the prevailing list price, plus transportation charge.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Snoozer reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.

NOTE:

What is excluded under Snoozer warranty?

(This warranty does not apply to and excludes):

  • Normal Body impressions of 38mm (1.5 inch) or less.

  • Firmness or comfort preference of the product.
  • Mattress, boxspring or foundation box that is soiled, burnt or has received obvious abuse or improper care (please refer to the care instruction), such as mattress with inadequate support from a weak, mismatching size box spring or an improper bed frame, namely nest type and wooden rail type.
  • Mattress size that is within the tolerance level of ±2cm in width and length.
  • Mattress height/ weight
  • Cover (fabric), bent border / grid wires
  • Bending, standing or jumping on the mattress.
  • Handles. Mattress handles are designed for mattress positioning only. Never use the mattress handles to support the weight of the mattress.
  • Snoozer product that is stained, soiled or infested with vermin even if defective.
  • Dust mites and bed bugs.
  • Product shipped out of India.
  • Product that is obtained other than through an authorized Snoozer retailer.
  • Product sold for commercial use.
  • Merchandise sold “as-in”, “distressed” or floor model”.
  • Transportation, inspection or removal cost of product.
  • Dissatisfaction with the mattress including, but not limited to: Heat / Back Aches/ Rashes.
